Die 84 Hektar große Golfanlage grenzt an ein Gebiet, in dem auch andere Sportaktivitäten stattfinden. Neben dem Platz befindet sich ein Sportzentrum und ein Fitnessstudio. Der Club verdankt seinen Namen Hof ter Hille, einem ehemaligen Bauernhof, der an den Golfplatz angrenzt. Hof ter Hille war ein umfriedeter Pachtbauernhof, der im 14. Jahrhundert von den Dünenherren gekauft wurde. An diesem Standort befindet sich das heutige Clubhaus.
