Der Solferino Farm Cemetery ist ein britischer Militärfriedhof mit Gefallenen aus dem Ersten und Zweiten Weltkrieg im belgischen Dorf Brielen, einem Stadtteil von Ypern. Der Friedhof wurde von Reginald Blomfield entworfen und liegt 4 km nordwestlich des Zentrums von Ypern. Das Gelände hat einen schmalen rechteckigen Grundriss mit einer Fläche von 1.200 m² und wird von einer Natursteinmauer umgeben. Das Cross of Sacrifice befindet sich direkt bei dem Zugang an der Straßenseite.
