Der Blauwepoort Farm Cemetery ist ein britischer Militärfriedhof mit Gefallenen aus dem Ersten Weltkrieg, gelegen im belgischen Dorf Zillebeke. Der Friedhof liegt an der Komenseweg, 1,2 km südwestlich der Dorfkirche und kann von dieser Straße aus über einen 250 m langen privaten Zugang erreicht werden. Dieser kleine Friedhof wurde von Edwin Lutyens in Zusammenarbeit mit William Cowlishaw entworfen und wird von der Commonwealth War Graves Commission gepflegt. Er hat einen unregelmäßigen Grundriss mit einer Fläche von 1.097 m² und ist von einer Backsteinmauer umgeben. Das Cross of Sacrifice steht zentral am Eingang und besteht aus einem einfachen Metallzaun. Die Gräber sind unregelmäßig verteilt, mit viel Platz dazwischen.
