El cementerio de Blauwepoort Farm es un cementerio militar británico con caídos de la Primera Guerra Mundial, ubicado en el pueblo belga de Zillebeke. El cementerio está situado en la Komenseweg, a 1,2 km al suroeste de la iglesia del pueblo y se puede acceder desde esta carretera a través de un camino privado de 250 m. Este pequeño cementerio fue diseñado por Edwin Lutyens en colaboración con William Cowlishaw y es mantenido por la Comisión de Cementerios de Guerra de la Mancomunidad. Tiene un plano irregular con una superficie de 1.097 m² y está rodeado por un muro de ladrillo. La Cruz del Sacrificio se encuentra en el centro de la entrada, que consiste en una reja metálica sencilla. Las tumbas están distribuidas de manera irregular con mucho espacio entre ellas.
