Die Ter Borgtmolen oder Ter Borghtmolen ist eine Wassermühle in der ostflämischen Gemeinde Maarke-Kerkem.
Laut Dokumenten aus dem Jahr 1155 wurde die Wassermühle im zwölften Jahrhundert von Arnaud von Oudenaarde an die Abtei von Ename geschenkt, zusammen mit zwei anderen Wassermühlen in der Umgebung. Die Wassermühle steht an der Maarkebeek. In der zweiten Hälfte des sechzehnten Jahrhunderts war die Mühle im Besitz des Grafen von Lalaing. 1912 wurde eine Dampfmaschine installiert. Die Mühle war bis 1967 aktiv. Der Besitzer ließ in den 1980er Jahren die Wassermühle renovieren, das eiserne Wasserrad wurde 1986 erneuert. Die Mühle verfügt über eine Mahlanlage mit drei Steinkoppeln und einem gusseisernen Raderwerk und wurde wieder mahlfähig gemacht.
