Le Ter Borgtmolen ou Ter Borghtmolen t) est un moulin à eau situé dans la commune de Maarke-Kerkem, en Flandre orientale.
Selon des documents de 1155, le moulin à eau a été donné au XIIe siècle par Arnaud van Audenaarde à l’abbaye d’Ename, avec deux autres moulins à eau de la région. Le moulin à eau est situé sur le Maarkebeek. Dans la seconde moitié du XVIe siècle, le moulin appartenait au comte de Lalaing. En 1912, une machine à vapeur a été installée. Le moulin a été actif jusqu’en 1967. Le propriétaire a fait rénover le moulin à eau dans les années 1980, la roue hydraulique en fer a été renouvelée en 1986. Le moulin dispose d’une usine de broyage avec trois couples de pierres et une roue dentée en fonte et a été rendu broyable à nouveau.
