Il Ter Borgtmolen o Ter Borghtmolen è un mulino ad acqua nel comune di Maarke-Kerkem, nella provincia dell'Oost-Vlaanderen.
Secondo documenti del 1155, il mulino ad acqua fu donato nel dodicesimo secolo da Arnaud di Oudenaarde all'abbazia di Ename, insieme ad altri due mulini ad acqua della zona. Il mulino si trova sul Maarkebeek. Nella seconda metà del sedicesimo secolo, il mulino era di proprietà del conte di Lalaing. Nel 1912 fu installata una macchina a vapore. Il mulino rimase attivo fino al 1967. Negli anni '80 il proprietario fece ristrutturare il mulino ad acqua, la ruota idraulica di ferro fu rinnovata nel 1986. Il mulino dispone di un impianto di macinazione con tre coppie di macine e una struttura in ghisa ed è stato ripristinato per la macinazione.
