Middenloop Zwalm ist ein anerkanntes Naturschutzgebiet im Zwalmtal entlang der Zwalm in den Flämischen Ardennen in Südostflandern. Das Reservat besteht aus verschiedenen Teilgebieten, einschließlich der Steenbergse Wälder, auf dem Gebiet von Zottegem, Zwalm und Brakel. Das Naturschutzgebiet hat eine Gesamtfläche von etwa 140 ha mit Böschungen, Wiesen und Wäldern und wird von der Natuurpunt-Abteilung Zwalmvallei verwaltet. Die Boembekemolen und der Mijnwerkerspad liegen im Naturschutzgebiet. Das Reservat ist als europäisches Natura 2000-Gebiet anerkannt und Teil des Flämischen Ökologischen Netzwerks.
