Die Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk in der belgischen Stadt Diest ist ein Kirchengebäude, das Maria gewidmet ist. Die Kirche liegt am Begijnhof und ist größtenteils aus Eisen-Sandstein erbaut.
An dieser Stelle stand eine Kapelle, die als Burgkapelle für die Herren von Diest diente. Diese Herren lebten in einer nahegelegenen Burg auf einem Hügel, die im Jahr 2009 als Warande bekannt ist. Die Kapelle wurde erstmals 1211 erwähnt. Sie wurde zusammen mit ihren Besitzungen und Zehnten von dem damaligen Herrn von Diest, Arnold IV, an das Kloster Tongerlo geschenkt, unter der Bedingung, dass die Premonstratenser aus dem Kloster die Kapelle betreuen würden. Ihre Ernennung zur Pfarrkirche im Jahr 1253 und das Wachstum von Diest machten die Kapelle zu klein.
