Das Schloss Quanonne ist eines der bekanntesten Gebäude im Dorf. Mit seinem gut erhaltenen angrenzenden Park prägt das Schloss das Zentrum.
Ursprünglich war das Schloss ein Herrensitz, der 1770 von der Familie Peeten erbaut wurde. Es handelte sich um Notabeln und Großgrundbesitzer aus Aarschot. 1850 wurde der Hof zu einem neoklassizistischen Herrenhaus umgebaut, umgangssprachlich ein "Schlösschen". Dies geschah durch einen Frederik Quanonne, Nachkomme einer angesehenen französischen Familie, der Maria Peeten geheiratet hatte. Es war auch dieses Ehepaar, das die Initiative zur Anlage des Parks ergriff. 1873 zogen die Kinder Quanonne-Peeters im Schloss ein und 1892 ging nach dem Tod von Gaspard Peeten der gesamte Besitz an die Familie Quanonne. 1930 starb mit Berthe Quanonne auch dieses Geschlecht aus.
