Semi-geschlossene Hof früher "Melkhof" genannt (laut Atlas der Nachbarschaften von 1842-1844 und Poppkarte aus dem dritten Viertel des 19. Jahrhunderts), zurückgehend auf den Klosterhof des Kartäuserpriorats von "Sint-Maartens-Bos". Angelegt an der Nordseite des Vorplatzes innerhalb der Klosteranlage. Alter Klosterhof nach Abriss, mit Ausnahme des Ostflügels mit Scheune, wurde 1926 durch neue Hofgebäude ersetzt, teilweise mit Rekuperation des Abbruchmaterials unter anderem von Dachbalken.
