Nieuwmoer ist der kleinste der fünf Dorfkerne von Kalmthout in der belgischen Provinz Antwerpen.
Jahrhunderte lang war die Torfgewinnung eine wichtige Säule, auf der die Erschließung der Region basierte. Der Torf wurde entlang von Torfkanälen nach Roosendaal transportiert.
Im Osten von Nieuwmoer liegt das Naturschutzgebiet De Maatjes. Die Fortsetzung hiervon in den Niederlanden heißt Matjens.
Im Dorf selbst steht die neogotische Unsere-Liebe-Frau-Himmelfahrtskirche, die von 1844 bis 1846 erbaut wurde.
