Nieuwmoer es el más pequeño de los cinco núcleos de Kalmthout en la provincia de Amberes, Bélgica.
Durante siglos, la extracción de turba fue un pilar importante sobre el cual se sustentaba la explotación de la región. La turba se transportaba a Roosendaal a través de canales de turba.
En el este de Nieuwmoer se encuentra la reserva natural De Maatjes. Su continuación en los Países Bajos se llama Matjens.
En el propio pueblo se encuentra la iglesia neogótica de Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, construida entre 1844 y 1846.
