Jahrhunderts; während des Ersten Weltkriegs beschädigt und anschließend in den Vorkriegszustand mit der Hinzufügung von schmückenden Motiven im Stil des Ludwig XVI. wiederhergestellt: Festons und Girlanden. Beeindruckendes Doppelhaus mit elf Achsen und zwei einhalb Geschossen unter einem schiefergedeckten Satteldach. Verputzte Trauffassade auf einem Sockel aus Hartstein. Mittelrisalit mit dreieckigem Giebel, der das Stadtwappen enthält; im Obergeschoss, Balkon mit schöner Geländer aus Kunstguss auf reich verzierten Konsolen; darüber, Zeitmaschine.
