Edificio neoclassico della prima metà del XIX secolo; danneggiato durante la Prima Guerra Mondiale e successivamente restaurato con un aspetto anteguerra, con l'aggiunta di motivi decorativi derivati dallo stile Luigi XVI: festoni e ghirlande. Imponente casa doppia di undici campate e due piani e mezzo sotto un tetto a capanna in ardesia. Facciata intonacata su plinto in ardesia. Risalto centrale con frontone triangolare, in cui è inciso lo stemma cittadino; al piano superiore, balcone con pregevole gabbia in ghisa su ricche console lavorate; sopra, orologio. Porta a due battenti, di cui il montante centrale decorato con ghiande e rosette. Interni modificati. VERBEKE R., Wevervik in vecchie cartoline, n. 9, 38, 47, 61, Zaltbommel, 1972.
