Der Hérou ist ein Felsen, der über eine Windung der Ourthe im Ardennen-Massiv in der Nähe des Dorfes Nadrin zwischen Houffalize und La Roche-en-Ardenne in der Provinz Luxemburg blickt. Er ist in die Liste des außergewöhnlichen Erbes der Wallonischen Region aufgenommen.
Einige Kilometer flussabwärts von der Mündung der westlichen und östlichen Ourthe, die die Ourthe bilden, stößt dieser Fluss, der aus Osten kommt, auf eine imposante Felsenbarriere von 1.500 m Länge und etwa 80 m Höhe. Der Fluss kann dieses natürliche Hindernis nur von Süden umfahren, wodurch eine enge Windung entsteht, und dann wendet er sich vollständig nach Norden, indem er sich am westlichen Fuß des Felsens entlangschlängelt.
