Entlang Billegem passierst du auf deiner linken Seite den ehemaligen Pachtbauernhof des Klosters Tussenbeke, auch bekannt als „Pierens Hof“. Dieser Pachtbauernhof lag an der früheren Allee, die zum verschwundenen Kloster führte, und wird jetzt von der Bahnlinie Gent-Brüssel durchschnitten. Nach der Aufhebung des Klosters im Jahr 1783 wurde der Hof an Frans De Naeyer, einen Rentner aus Gent, verkauft. Später wurde er an die Familie Uyttendaele weiterveräußert.
