Die Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk ist die Pfarrkirche des zur Westflämischen Gemeinde Staden gehörenden Ortes Oostnieuwkerke, gelegen am Dorpsplein.
Die erste Erwähnung eines Kirchengebäudes in Oostnieuwkerke stammt aus dem Jahr 1093, als der Bischof von Doornik die Rechte des Altars de Rollers cum appendicia sua de Nieukerka an das Augustinerkloster Zonnebeke verschenkte. Um 1200 wurde eine romanische Kirche erbaut, die sich im Laufe der Jahrhunderte zu einer kleinen Kreuzkirche mit einem Vierungsturm und halbrunder Apsis entwickelte. 1221 wurde Oostnieuwkerke als selbständige Pfarrei erwähnt. Das Patronatsrecht blieb in den Händen des vorgenannten Klosters.
