La iglesia de Nuestra Señora es la iglesia parroquial del lugar de Oostnieuwkerke, que pertenece al municipio de Staden en Flandes Occidental, situada en la Plaza del Pueblo.
La primera mención de un edificio de iglesia en Oostnieuwkerke es de 1093, cuando el obispo de Tournai otorgó los derechos del altare de Rollers cum appendicia sua de Nieukerka a la abadía de los agustinos de Zonnebeke. Alrededor de 1200 se construyó una iglesia románica, que a lo largo de los siglos se desarrolló en una pequeña iglesia de cruz con torre de crucero y ábside semicircular. En 1221, Oostnieuwkerke fue mencionada como una parroquia independiente. El derecho de patronato permaneció en manos de la mencionada abadía.
