Der Palais des Expositions ist ein Kongress- und Ausstellungszentrum in der Oberstadt von Charleroi. Es wurde 1953 von dem Architekten Joseph André und dem Ingenieur Léon-Marcel Chapaux erbaut.
Das Projekt entstand aus dem Willen des Bürgermeisters Joseph Tirou, mit dem Ziel, die Stadt zu verschönern und aufzuwerten. Die Planung eines Palais für einen Betrag von 70.000.000 Francs wurde am 28. Juni 1948 beschlossen. Im Oktober 1949 belief sich die Kostenschätzung auf 231.500.000 Francs. Der Rohbau wurde am 20. Juni 1954 eingeweiht, und die erste internationale Ausstellung fand im September 1954 statt. Es handelte sich um eine technische und industrielle Ausstellung, an der 515 belgische und 456 ausländische Unternehmen teilnahmen. Im Folgemonat der Ausstellung wurde die Messe für Haushaltsgeräte fertiggestellt.
