Il palazzo delle Esposizioni è un centro congressi e di esposizione situato nella Città Alta a Charleroi. È stato costruito nel 1953 dall'architetto Joseph André e dall'ingegnere Léon-Marcel Chapaux.
Il progetto è nato dalla volontà del sindaco Joseph Tirou, con l'obiettivo di abbellire e valorizzare la città. Lo studio di un progetto per un Palazzo per un importo di 70.000.000 di franchi è stato deciso il 28 giugno 1948. Nell'ottobre 1949, la stima ammonta a 231.500.000 franchi. I lavori principali sono stati inaugurati il 20 giugno 1954 e la prima Esposizione internazionale si è svolta nel settembre 1954. Si trattava di un'esposizione tecnica e industriale alla quale hanno partecipato 515 imprese belghe e 456 straniere. Il mese successivo dell'esposizione, il salone delle Arti domestiche è stato completato.
