El palacio de Exposiciones es un centro de congresos y exposiciones situado en la Ciudad Alta de Charleroi. Fue construido en 1953 por el arquitecto Joseph André y el ingeniero Léon-Marcel Chapaux.
El proyecto nació de la voluntad del alcalde Joseph Tirou, con el objetivo de embellecer y valorizar la ciudad. El estudio de un proyecto de Palacio por un monto de 70.000.000 de francos fue decidido el 28 de junio de 1948. En octubre de 1949, la estimación asciende a 231.500.000 francos. La obra gruesa fue inaugurada el 20 de junio de 1954, y la primera Exposición internacional tuvo lugar en septiembre de 1954. Se trataba de una exposición técnica e industrial en la que participaron 515 empresas belgas y 456 extranjeras. El mes siguiente de la exposición, se completó el salón de las Artes domésticas.
