Der Poelberg ist ein 45 Meter hoher Hügel .
Am Fuße des Poelbergs liegen die Meikensbossen , ein Wald- und Naturschutzgebiet des Amtes für Natur und Forstwirtschaft. Das Wandernetz Poelberg-Meikensbossen führt durch das Gebiet.
