Die große Felswand direkt neben dem Stadtzentrum von Durbuy ist das Antiklinorium von Durbuy, wobei die Felswand auch als Antiklinal, Roche d’Omalius oder Roche de Falize bezeichnet wird. Die aus Kalkstein bestehende Felswand ist 37 Meter hoch und die Gesteinslagen sind hier gut zu erkennen. Diese Gesteinslagen sind in eine Antiklinal gefaltet, daher der Name. Dies ist eine Aufwölbung der Erdschichten und das bedeutet, dass die ältesten Schichten in der Mitte sind. Dadurch hat die Felswand die Form eines umgekehrten U. Die Felswand ist aufgrund der Erosion, die die Ourthe verursacht hat, gut sichtbar. Sie floss nämlich zunächst teilweise vor der Felswand und hat so einen großen Teil des Hügels abgetragen. Schätzungen zufolge sind die Gesteine etwa 375 Millionen Jahre alt.
