Die St. Guibert-Kirche ist die Pfarrkirche von Itegem, gelegen am Sint-Guibertusplein 21 in der Gemeinde Heist-op-den-Berg in Antwerpen. Während der religiösen Streitigkeiten wurde diese Kirche zerstört und zu Beginn des 17. Jahrhunderts wiederhergestellt. Von 1653 bis 1661 wurde ein neuer Turm nach einem Entwurf von Jan Veris erbaut. Von 1789 bis 1791 wurde eine größere Kirche errichtet, wobei der Turm aus dem 17. Jahrhundert erhalten blieb. 1885 wurden die Schiffe nach Osten hin erweitert, entworfen von F.H. Cox.
