Dieses imposante und robuste Haus aus Sandsteinbruch aus dem 19. Jahrhundert war für alle Verwaltungsdienste bestimmt.
Vor dem Rathaus sind die Wappen der Stadt dargestellt. Sie stammen teilweise aus dem Jahr 1407.
"Silberlöwenmäulchen mit gespaltenem Schwanz und 3 Stück eingelegtem Azurblau."
Während der Ardennenoffensive im Dezember 1944 wurde die Stadt zu 90 % zerstört . 114 Einwohner verloren ihr Leben. Aufgrund dieses tragischen Ereignisses wurde die Stadt La Roche offiziell als "Stadt der Märtyrer" anerkannt und erhielt das "Kriegskreuz von 1940" , das sich auf dem Stadtwappen befindet.
1951 wurde das Kriegskreuz von 1940 mit Palmen an der Fassade des Rathauses angebracht.
