Questa imponente e robusta casa in arenaria del XIX secolo era destinata a tutti i servizi amministrativi.
Lo stemma della città è esposto davanti al municipio. Alcuni risalgono al 1407.
"Bocche di leone d'argento dalla coda biforcuta e 3 pezzi di azzurro in salamoia."
Durante la Battaglia delle Ardenne nel dicembre 1944 , il 90% della città fu distrutto . 114 residenti hanno perso la vita. A causa di questo tragico evento, la città di La Roche viene ufficialmente riconosciuta come la "Città dei Martiri" e riceve la "Croix de Guerre de 1940" che compare sullo stemma della città.
Nel 1951 sulla facciata del municipio fu fissata la croce di guerra del 1940 con palme.
