Die Käse von Thoricourt stellen einzigartige Hauskäse nach Großmutters Tradition her. Ihr Familienrezept ist mittlerweile weltweit bekannt: 1975 wurden sie sogar Weltmeister mit ihren Käsesorten. Heute haben sie eine Familie Elevens, die ebenfalls die Tradition in den Niederlanden und Kanada fortführt.
Seit 1992 besitzen sie ihre eigene Farm in Thoricourt. Der Käse wird ausschließlich aus der Milch unserer eigenen Kühe hergestellt.
