Les Fromages de Thoricourt maakt naar grootmoeders traditie unieke eigengereide kaas. Hun familierecept is intussen wereldberoemd geworden: in 1975 werden ze zelfs wereldkampioen met hun kazen. Vandaag hebben ze elfs familie die de traditie eveneens voortzet in Nederland en Canada.
Sinds 1992 hebben ze een eigen boerderij in Thoricourt. De kaas wordt uitsluitend gemaakt met melk van de eigen koeien.
