The Cheeses of Thoricourt make unique homemade cheeses according to grandmother's tradition. Their family recipe is now known worldwide: in 1975, they even became world champions with their cheeses. Today, they have an Elevens family that also continues the tradition in the Netherlands and Canada.
Since 1992, they have owned their own farm in Thoricourt. The cheese is made exclusively with milk from their own cows.
