Entlang der Uferpromenade von Orleans überqueren vier kleine, rustikale Brücken den Fluss Sauvenière. Die Brücken sind nach einem Maler benannt .
Die dritte Brücke ist Edmond Xhrouet (1881-1954) gewidmet. Der Kurlandschaftsgärtner war zugleich Chemiker, Dekorateur, Lehrer und später Direktor der Kurakademie. Er wurde „Potiquet“ genannt, um ihn von den anderen Xhrouets von Spa zu unterscheiden und weil er mit seinen Töpfen, Pinseln und Farben durch die ganze Stadt Spa wanderte.
Seine Palette und sein Stil sind energisch. Er nahm 1903, 1910 und 1911 an der Spa Fine Arts Exhibition teil. Er war der Schwiegersohn von Alfred Ledin (Spa, 1846–1913), ebenfalls ein talentierter Maler.
