Lungo la Promenade d'Orléans , quattro piccoli ponti rustici attraversano il fiume Sauvenière. I ponti prendono il nome da un pittore .
Il terzo ponte è dedicato a Edmond Xhrouet (1881-1954). Questo paesaggista di Spa fu anche chimico, decoratore, insegnante e poi direttore dell'Accademia di Spa. Fu soprannominato "potiquet" per distinguerlo dagli altri Xhrouet di Spa e perché vagava per tutta la città di Spa con i suoi vasi, pennelli e colori.
La sua tavolozza e il suo stile sono energici. Partecipò alla Spa Fine Arts Exhibition nel 1903, 1910 e 1911. Fu genero di Alfred Ledin (Spa, 1846-1913), anche lui un pittore di talento.
