A lo largo del paseo marítimo de Orleans , cuatro pequeños puentes rústicos cruzan el río Sauvenière. Los puentes llevan el nombre de un pintor .
El tercer puente está dedicado a Edmond Xhrouet (1881-1954). Este paisajista de Spa fue también químico, decorador, profesor y, más tarde, director de la Academia de Spa. Se le apodó "potiquet" para distinguirlo de los otros Xhrouets de Spa y porque deambulaba por toda la ciudad de Spa con sus ollas, pinceles y colores.
Su paleta y estilo son enérgicos. Participó en la Exposición de Bellas Artes de Spa en 1903, 1910 y 1911. Era yerno de Alfred Ledin (Spa, 1846-1913), también pintor de talento.
