Brauerei Elfique befindet sich in einem alten Fabrikgebäude. Es gibt eine schöne Legende dazu. Der Elf von la Belle Roche zeigt sich jedes Jahr in der Nacht vom 1. Mai. Gekleidet in ein langes weißes Kleid und mit einem Blumenkranz aus Wasserlilien badet sie in der Amblève. Der Name für die Brauerei und das Bier war somit schnell gewählt: ‘L’Elfique’ ist ein leckeres handwerkliches Bier mit einem Hauch von Mystik. Am Ufer des Wassers findest du das Restaurant La Guinguette des Elfes. Diese Brauerei kann stolz behaupten, über die längste Theke des Landes zu verfügen. Führungen sind nach Reservierung möglich.
