Warnau ist eine Ortschaft und ein Ortsteil der Hansestadt Havelberg im Landkreis Stendal in Sachsen-Anhalt.
Warnau wurde im 13. Jahrhundert erstmals erwähnt. 1838 kam es zu einem Großbrand, bei dem fast der gesamte Ort einschließlich der Kirche zerstört wurde. Die Kirche wurde 1841 wieder aufgebaut. Im Zeitraum vom 1. Juli 1950 bis zum 14. Oktober 1993 war Garz ein Ortsteil von Warnau und wurde daraufhin wieder eine selbstständige Gemeinde. Die Gemeinde Warnau gehörte zur Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Elbe-Havel-Land und lag im Landkreis Stendal. Durch die Eingemeindung nach Havelberg am 1. Januar 2005 verlor Warnau seine politische Selbstständigkeit.
