Das Rathaus-Center ist ein Einkaufszentrum in Dessau, das am 21. September 1995 nach einer Bauzeit von anderthalb Jahren eröffnet wurde. Es liegt in der Innenstadt zwischen dem Stadtpark und dem Rathaus der Bauhaus-Stadt.
Das Rathaus-Center Dessau verfügt über eine Verkaufsfläche von 20.400 m², zusätzlich beinhaltet das Gebäude 4.800 m² Bürofläche. Auf zwei Ebenen befinden sich 90 Geschäfte, deren Branchenmix von Textil dominiert wird . 600 Angestellte sind im Einkaufszentrum beschäftigt, das Kerneinzugsgebiet umfasst 500.000 Menschen. Die Baukosten für das Rathaus-Center lagen bei 250 Millionen DM, Bauherren waren die Karstadt AG und die Hamburger Immobilien-KG Schliebe Co. Gemanagt wird das Projekt von der ECE Projektmanagement GmbH.
