Het Rathaus-Center is een winkelcentrum in Dessau, dat op 21 september 1995 werd geopend na een bouwtijd van anderhalf jaar. Het ligt in het stadscentrum tussen het stadspark en het stadhuis van de Bauhaus-stad.
Het Rathaus-Center Dessau heeft een oppervlakte van 20.400 m², daarnaast omvat het gebouw 4.800 m² kantoorruimte. Op twee verdiepingen bevinden zich 90 winkels, waarvan het assortiment voornamelijk textiel betreft. 600 medewerkers zijn werkzaam in het winkelcentrum, het kerngebied omvat 500.000 mensen. De bouwkosten voor het Rathaus-Center bedroegen 250 miljoen DM, de bouwheren waren de Karstadt AG en de Hamburger vastgoedmaatschappij Schliebe Co. Het project wordt beheerd door de ECE Projektmanagement GmbH.
