Rathaus-Center er et indkøbscenter i Dessau, som blev åbnet den 21. september 1995 efter en byggetid på halvandet år. Det ligger i centrum mellem byparken og rådhuset i Bauhaus-byen.
Rathaus-Center Dessau har en salgsflade på 20.400 m², derudover indeholder bygningen 4.800 m² kontorareal. På to niveauer findes der 90 butikker, hvis branchesmix domineres af tekstil. 600 ansatte arbejder i indkøbscentret, og kerneoplandets befolkningstal udgør 500.000 mennesker. Byggeomkostningerne for Rathaus-Center var på 250 millioner DM, og bygherrerne var Karstadt AG og Hamburger Immobilien-KG Schliebe Co. Projektet ledes af ECE Projektmanagement GmbH.
