Il Rathaus-Center è un centro commerciale a Dessau, inaugurato il 21 settembre 1995 dopo un periodo di costruzione di un anno e mezzo. Si trova nel centro città, tra il parco cittadino e il municipio della città del Bauhaus.
Il Rathaus-Center di Dessau dispone di una superficie vendibile di 20.400 m², inoltre l'edificio include 4.800 m² di uffici. Su due piani si trovano 90 negozi, il cui mix merceologico è dominato dal settore tessile. 600 dipendenti sono impiegati nel centro commerciale, che copre un'area principale di 500.000 persone. I costi di costruzione per il Rathaus-Center ammontano a 250 milioni di DM, i costruttori sono stati Karstadt AG e la Hamburger Immobilien-KG Schliebe Co. Il progetto è gestito dalla ECE Projektmanagement GmbH.
