Haus Asbeck (ehemaliger Wohnsitz der Herren von Asbeck) mit seiner Gräfte und ehemals mächtigen Wallanlagen gehörte ursprünglich zum Stift St. Mauritz in Münster. Die Hofstelle wird schon 1151 erwähnt.
Im 19. Jahrhundert verfiel das Haus und die Anlage wurde bis auf ein Wirtschaftsgebäude niedergerissen. Von der mächtigen Burganlage blieben so nur ein zum Wohnhaus umgebautes ehemaliges Wirtschaftsgebäude und Teile der Gräfte und der Wallanlagen.
