Florence lernte ihr Handwerk beim Starkoch Jamie Oliver in England. Anschließend ging sie nach Griechenland und bekleidete die Stellung als Köchin im "Hilton-Hotel" Athen, bevor sie die Liebe nach Deutschland verschlug. Zunächst fand sie eine Anstellung in Emsdetten, dann in Ladbergener "Miälkwellen", bevor sie sich mit dem "Blue-Sea-Restaurant" im Februar 2019 selbständig machte.
Nun beginnt ein neues Projekt mit Ihrem Restaurant “Floras Büningmühle“, um erneut Ihre Gäste mit leckerem und ausgefallenem Essen zu verwöhnen.
