Florence aprendió su oficio con el chef estrella Jamie Oliver en Inglaterra. Luego se fue a Grecia y ocupó el puesto de cocinera en el "Hotel Hilton" de Atenas, antes de que el amor la llevara a Alemania. Primero encontró trabajo en Emsdetten, luego en "Miälkwellen" de Ladbergen, antes de volverse independiente con el "Restaurante Blue-Sea" en febrero de 2019.
Ahora comienza un nuevo proyecto con su restaurante “Floras Büningmühle”, para volver a mimar a sus clientes con comida deliciosa y original.
