Florence a appris son métier auprès du grand chef Jamie Oliver en Angleterre. Ensuite, elle est allée en Grèce et a occupé le poste de cuisinière à l'hôtel "Hilton" d'Athènes, avant que l'amour ne la conduise en Allemagne. D'abord, elle a trouvé un emploi à Emsdetten, puis au "Miälkwellen" de Ladbergen, avant de se lancer en indépendant avec le "Blue-Sea-Restaurant" en février 2019.
Maintenant, un nouveau projet commence avec son restaurant “Floras Büningmühle“, pour à nouveau régaler ses invités avec des plats délicieux et originaux.
