Die Kapelle Santa Oliva befindet sich am ehemaligen Eingangstor zum Dorf Olesa de Montserrat über den Camí Ral, der von Vacarisses und Terrassa kam, am Anfang der heutigen Straße Santa Oliva.
Die Kapelle wurde um 1675 erbaut und mehrfach umgebaut. Dieses Bauwerk ist aus Ziegeln gefertigt, und das Vorzimmer ist mit einem Holzgewölbe mit Quergängen gedeckt, das auf der Südseite von zwei ebenfalls aus Ziegeln bestehenden Säulen gestützt wird. Die Kapelle besteht aus einem kleinen Raum mit einem großen Fenster-Balkon, das fast die gesamte Fassade einnimmt. Das Innere, das mit einem Segmentbogen bedeckt ist, bewahrt eine moderne Statue von Santa Oliva, der Schutzpatronin des Dorfes.
