Die Burg von Polop ist eine muslimische Festung, die Anfang des 12. Jahrhunderts erbaut wurde und sich auf einem Hügel neben der Siedlung befindet.
Mit einem nahezu runden Grundriss, der sich dem Gipfel des Hügels anpasst, verfügte sie über zwei kleine Bereiche und bewahrt Abschnitte der Mauer aus Mauerwerk und Stampflehm, während von dem äußeren Bereich nur noch wenige Reste übrig sind, da er als Zugang zum alten Friedhof im Inneren genutzt wurde.
