Gisors ist eine französische Stadt mit 11.696 Einwohnern im Département Eure in der Region Normandie. Nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg erhielt die Gemeinde das Croix de guerre 1939–1945. In Gisors wurde der Legende nach im Jahr 1307 der Schatz der Tempelritter versteckt.Gisors ist die östlichste Gemeinde des Départements Eure. Sie liegt in Nordfrankreich im Vexin auf der Grenze zwischen dem Vexin normand und dem Vexin français, am Zusammenfluss der Epte, der Troësne und des Réveillon am Ostrand des Départements Eure. Nordwestlich des Ortskerns liegt der Wald von Gisors, an dessen Rand das Gehöft Ferme du Mont de l’Aigle steht. Im Süden des Ortskerns liegt der Weiler Boisgeloup, der zur Gemeinde gehört.
