Das Hypokaustum ist ein Heizsystem, das in den gallorömischen Thermen verwendet wurde und sich in einem Keller der rue Saint Maur in Bavay, der ehemaligen Hauptstadt des Nervierreiches, befindet. Diese Heizungsanlage stammt aus dem 1. Jahrhundert unserer Zeitrechnung und wurde 1953 von Priester Henri BIevelet entdeckt.
