Die Geschichte des Protestantismus in Bergerac beginnt mit dem Aufkommen dieser Religion in der Stadt Mitte des 16. Jahrhunderts, im Rahmen der europäischen Bewegung der protestantischen Reform, die insbesondere den Süden Frankreichs durchzieht. Heutzutage bleibt diese Religionsgemeinschaft bestehen und trifft sich im protestantischen Tempel von Bergerac, einem Gotteshaus, das sich am Platz des Doktors Cayla in Bergerac befindet. Die Gemeinde gehört zur Vereinigten Protestantischen Kirche Frankreichs.
