Dieser Hügel (17,5 ha) ist ein ehemaliges Landgut, das heute als sensibler Naturraum eingestuft ist. Vom Gipfel aus kann man die Stadt auf der Südseite und das Dorf Itxassou sehen. Der Park weist bemerkenswerte Bäume auf und die Überreste der Außenanlagen lassen darauf schließen, dass dieses Anwesen einst ein außergewöhnlicher Wohnsitz war (das Schloss der Familie Wendel ist heute völlig verschwunden). Es ist zu beachten, dass der Hügel auf der Achse von Gr8 liegt
