Benoîte Vaux ist seit langem eine bekannte Pilgerstätte in Lothringen. Die Kirche, die im 18. Jahrhundert erbaut wurde, ist reich verziert und besitzt ein schönes Chorgestühl. In der Nähe des Brunnens ist ein Kreuzweg zu sehen, dessen 14 Stationen aus einem Steinblock gehauen sind.
Das Centre d'Accueil de Benoîte-Vaux verfügt über drei Unterkunftsstrukturen mit verschiedenen Einrichtungen und einen Speisesaal.
